- Work Completed up to 1/10/2020 - A PA One Call was issued for marking of existing underground utilities , but actual construction has not begun.

- Work Completed up to 1/10/2020 - Started sanitary sewer work, beginning with off-road manhole located at 151 Keith Valley Road. 3 manholes and approximately 600 feet of pipe has been installed. Weekend work in Keith Valley Road has been postponed. Rescheduled date for the work has not yet been determined.

1/2/20 - Keith Valley Road Closure Announcement - Weather permitting, Keith Valley Road between County Line Road and Horsham Road is scheduled to be closed to thru traffic the weekend of January 11 and January 12, 2020 for a sewer line installation. The road will be open only to local businesses on Keith Valley Road, but some delays associated with traffic control may be experienced. Truck traffic except local deliveries will be prohibited during this time. Signage providing notification of the closure will be posted in the area on Friday, January 3, 2020. - Click here to view the map
12/19/19 - Construction of the gravity sewer portion of the project is scheduled to begin on December 19, 2019 starting within an easement just outside of the Keith Valley Road ROW, working towards County Line Road. The first phase of construction will occur within multiple easements on private property and does not include any construction within the public rights of way. Schedules for work in Keith Valley Road and for the County Line Road overnight work have not yet been established, but will be posted as soon as they become available.

Mobilization for the portion of the sanitary sewer and water main replacement work from Springbrook to Latchstring Lane via Sherwood Lane is tentatively scheduled for early January 2020. The schedule for the installation of the pump station at the end of Springbrook Lane has not yet been established but will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
10/15/19 - Notice to proceed for the Authority’s Area A Flow Transfer Project and the first phase of the County Line Road Area Infrastructure Improvement projects has been issued. The project is scheduled to be ongoing throughout the winter with completion anticipated in late April/early May 2020. An anticipated construction sequence will be posted in the coming weeks.
WORK IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN WITHIN THE NEXT SEVERAL WEEKS AND WILL BE ONGOING FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS. As with all construction projects, weather and other factors can cause schedules to change faster than we can advise via standard mail communication, so keep an eye on this project via our website.
Work Area 1 - Is a water and sewer construction project that may affect access to properties via County Line Road. the work involves new water and sewer mains in the following streets: Springbrook Lane, Maple Avenue from Springbrook to Sherwood Lane, Sherwood Lane to Latchstring Lane, Latchstring Lane to County Line Road, and then continuing west on County Line Road. Please view the project map to see the impacted area.
Work Area 2 - is a sewer construction project that may affect access to County Line Rd from Latchstring Lane, west through the intersection of 611 to the PECO substation located approximately 1600' west of 611. Work will proceed along the boundary of the Horsham Air Guard Station, on the Horsham Township's Strawbridge Park and adjacent private property, to Keith Valley Road. This project includes 8,300 linear feet of 12' gravity sewer, 3,200 linear feet of 6" force main and approximately 3,100 linear fee of 8" watr main. A new sewer pump station will be constructed on the Hideaway Swim Club Property, and the existing County Line Road pump station will be decommissioned.
All work on County Line Road will be performed at night between the hours of 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM, during this time traffic control will be in place, including lane closures and flagging - this may result in delays in the area. As always, access to emergency services will be maintained.
All work on Easton Road (Route 611) has a contruction time period limited to night hours.
Work hours for this project with the exception of County Line Road and Easton Road are Monday thru Friday 7am to approximately 6pm, no earlier than 8am on Saturday and no work is permitted on Sunday.
